I just received my undergraduate degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Rhode Island. I am now working as a representative for the Navistar eStar line of electric commercial trucks at New Britain, Connecticut based DATTCO. I have been working with innovative businesses to transition their fleets from gas-guzzling trucks to environmentally responsible electric vehicles. We have a long way to go but it is exciting to be a part of a rapidly evolving and expanding field.
Prior to working for DATTCO, I interned through the Department of Energy\'s Clean Cities Program which supports alternative fuel vehicle research and implementation. I have also worked for a solar company and several non-profits that address environmental issues.
I believe with ingenuity and creativity, we can solve the world\'s problems.
All mankind is divided into three classes: those that are immovable, those that are movable, and those that move.
