Kids in Ethiopia Make Their First Video

When Planet Forward Explorer Devin Greene visited Hamed Ela, a tiny village in the Danakil Depression of northern Ethiopia, he gave a new cellphone to a group of kids. This area is as remote as it gets for travelers, and none of the kids had regular access to electricity, much less smartphones. The next day, the camera was full of well-composed images, panoramas and videos, the result of 1 hour of continuous experimentation. This video is the result of their creative intuitions.
