Common Good City Farm

Food access in certain parts of the District is not universal: 30.5% of households with children cannot afford food, and 13.2% of households in the district are food insecure. Common Good City Farm aims to empower those suffering from food insecurity by conducting educational workshops so that hungry people can learn to grow safe foods. The farm has given over 5,200 pounds of fresh veggies to low-income families.
