Ocean Kinetic Energy
My idea has to do with using ocean currents to power homes, industrial buildings and much more. By putting tubines in the ocean where jet streams are prevelant, we can use that energy to power many things. Inside the turbines would be big bar magnets that would pass through a giant coil, which would produce electrons. There would be a sub station on shore near the turbines, which would store the energy to be used in homes. When the current twirls the turbine in a circular motion the bar magnets inside would continuously be passing through a coil that is encompassing the turbine, which in turn creates electron that are sent to the sub station to be stored.
