New Structural Efficiency Clasification System
The idea is to develop an Efficiency classification, so each building being constructed will need to explain how much structural material is using, in reference to an optimum. It is very important, because structure is about 25% of building budget, so it manages 25% of materials and energy consumption.
This Efficiency Classification will also remark projects poorly designed, whose structural cost is ‘sustainably unreachable’.
