PF_Storyfest_Badge_V4_03-15-16_ALsmall-03.png I researched the composting program at Ole Miss, and I interviewed Kendall McDonald, a post-baccalaureate fellow in the Office of Sustainability. I asked her what composting is, why composting is important, and also I asked about her opinion of post-consumer composting and how Ole Miss students take part in the program.

She told me that the composting program is really effective for reducing our food waste even though they only do the pre-consumer composting.

Plus, although South Korea and America has totally different mechanism of dealing with the food waste, she thought the post-consumer composting in South Korea is somewhat impressive and Ole Miss is also thinking about the way to do the post-consumer composting.

It was really great time for me to understand composting of our school and I feel proud of it!
